Val T. Noel

Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer
Val Noel, Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer of TRAC Intermodal, leads the company’s day-to-day operations.

Before joining TRAC in 2013, Mr. Noel held several senior leadership positions at Pacer International Inc. and its affiliate Pacer Cartage as well as CSX Corporation.

As a past board member for TTX, a railcar pooling company, and the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA) as well as the past chairman of the IANA Operations Committee, Mr. Noel remains active in the industry and currently serves on the IANA Scholarship Committee.
