Katherine Whalen, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at TRAC Intermodal, leads all legal, compliance and regulatory functions for the company.

Prior to joining TRAC, Ms. Whalen held various senior-level legal positions with public companies based in the US and abroad. Most recently she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel Americas for Azelis, a global specialty chemical distribution business.

Ms. Whalen earned her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
